Friday night, January 30, my family gathered at the Texas Land and Cattle Restaurant to honor my mom for her 80 year birthday. We had a nice meal and then we showered mom with Birthday memory letters and how special she is to each of her kids, and grand kids.

Look at this plate. Stephen got the biggest grin on his face when the food came. Stephen ordered Chicken Fried Steak. It covered his whole plate. I think he ate most of his meal.
