Taco Soup
2 lb ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 1/2 cut water
1 pkg of taco seasoning
1 pkg of dry ranch salad dressing
3 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 can of pinto beans
1 can or corn
1 can of green chilies
Cook and serve with cornbread. Spread some grated cheese on top.
This is my sister's favorite soup. I think she fixes it once a week. It is so easy to make. I serve it and then freeze the left-overs for the "last minute" meal several weeks later.
