This time of the year, you can catch the most gorgous sunrise. Oh, yes, it is about 6am (during the winter months) 5am (during the summer months) when the sun rises. But it is worth every minute of the experience.
Guatemala DOES NOT go on Daylight Savings Time! So, on Sunday, when everybody in the US "springs forward", we remain the same. Guatemala will then be on the same time zone as Denver, Colorado.
