This week was Christmas all over again.
Although we received a handful of Christmas cards at our Dallas address, I just knew that others had sent their Christmas family photo cards to our Guatemala address. Each time Glenn would venture over to the reception desk at SETECA (Seminary), he would patiently ask if we had any mail, Christmas cards or anything.
Nothing.
Nothing.
From past experiences, I knew it just took several more weeks for Christmas cards to get to us. But I wasn't counting on the cards to be this delayed.
Glenn came home this afternoon thrilled, because this time he was successful. He collected about 15 Christmas cards that were postmarked as early as November, 2013.
I'm thankful for each person who:
wrote a note,
took a photo,
licked a stamp
and shared Christmas blessings with us.
Thank you Lord, even in March, for Christmas blessings!
