Gingerbread Houses

There must have been 25 creatively different Gingerbread houses! I loved the ones with the satellite dish on the roof. Creative.

Saturday afternoon, about 20 CAMex families put together and designed unique and interesting Gingerbread houses. What a great idea. Prizes were awarded in different categories for most unique, sweetest, and traditional. It kinda brought the "kid" out in everyone. I wonder how much candy was actually eaten while working on this sweet family project?

Glenn and I head from Oaxaca down to the Pacific Ocean and on towards Guatemala on Wednesday morning bright and early. It'll be a long day on the road.
