Carrot Casserole


Carrot Casserole
renamed Harvest Souffle

2 C cooked Carrots
3 Eggs
1/2 C Sugar
1 C Milk
1 stick butter (1/2 c)
2 TBS flour
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 TBS Baking powder

Put in Blender
Pour in casserole (uncovered)
Bake 350 for 30 min




Renamed Harvest Souffle because my family didn't like cooked carrots.  Most people think this is sweet potato instead of carrots

 In any case, it is delicious.  Try it.  Easy to make.
