New Surprises that we found at a newly constructed mall - Naranjo Mall

There was a special area near the food court for toddlers.  The toilets were low to the ground
and the sinks had a unique feature.

I've never seen this before.

The faucet had a dual purpose.  Right there, is where the water comes out to wash your hands, then there are blow dryers on the built in handles.  That is a new concept for me.  

I'm wondering if I am just late in this new discovery?
