The Toilet Paper Roll at the Women's Restroom in a local Pollo Campero Restaurant is locked up on the back of the door.
The management doesn't want anybody stealing the roll of toilet paper.
Hmmm....The Things you see here in Guatemala.
Its not Wrong, its just Different.
I usually have my own handy Kleenex in my purse for those "just in case" moments.
