After going to the pottery shop, you can stop at the local "Jo Ann's Fabric" store and watch the ladies make their weaving of cloth.All the villages around Lake Atitlán have a different "fabric weave" depicting their "color". San Antonio Palopó has this deep blue color. Also the color of the dress depicts the Indian dialic that is spoken. It could be Cachiquel or Tsu'tujil or some other language.
