During the past 2 days, we have been visiting around Lake Atitlán with Chad and Kelly. The first day, we drove through Patzún and on into Panajachel. It was so cloudy and smokey, that you couldn't see the volcanoes on the other side of the lake, you could only barely see the water. Our second day, the sun broke through and we had a beautiful view 0f Volcan Santiago and Volcan Toliman.
Breathtaking.
I just love this rose.Today we're driving to visit other missionaries, having breakfast with the Cokers and then on to visit the Scotts in Quetzaltenango (Xela). I'll be posting more photos later of our short visit out to the Lake area.
