Lake Atitlan

Last month, we took our friends, Bob and Shirley along with Patricia and Jennifer out to lake Atitlan.  Our soul was refreshed!

Of course we had to get up early to take pictures of the beautiful sunrise over the Lake.

Grammie Camp 2.0 and Spring Visit with Grandkids

After the Ark Encounter, we switched vehicles with Luke and we drove back to Dallas with Ellen and her four girls in their van.  What a wonderful experience to have them with us for a few days.  After Ellen flew home with little Annie, we kept Emily, Lucy and Elizabeth for additional days so we could host "Grammie Camp" in the Tree House.

On the road trip back to Dallas, we stopped to see many friends along the way.

We took them to the airport to watch planes, rode on the trolley, had lunch at El Fenix and even went to Super Cuts to get their haircut.  Emily, Lucy and Elizabeth got to see their great grandparents along with Aunt Sarah (Glenn's sister)

Glenn drove non-stop back to Illinois with Lucy and Elizabeth while Emily and I had an Amtrak experience.  It was fun to travel on the train with her.

This Grammie's heart is full!

The Ark Encounter and Spring Break

Back in the Spring when we were up in the states to get our vaccine, sell the RV and attend a mission conference, we met up with the Rosenberger family and spent a good full day at the Ark Encounter!
